This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team of educators, providing specialist support and driving community and family engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating appointed room staff to achieve the objectives of the Centre and supporting staff in their development.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual with a Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Early Childhood / Children's Services or equivalent, along with relevant certifications such as First Aid and CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma, and a Working with Children Card.
You will experience working in a calm and structured learning environment where children are exposed to high-quality education, aligned with our philosophy.

- Leading, managing, and motivating appointed room staff
