Room Team Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children in indoor and outdoor environments
- Maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations
- Supporting the effective operation of the workplace by collaborating with colleagues, sharing ideas and information
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification or above
- Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
