Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused administrative professional to join our dynamic team at our head office in Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing online orders & labels through Shopify daily.
  • They will also manage office supplies, kitchenette and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • A key aspect of this role is serving & taking payments for walk-in wholesale customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment is crucial.
  • The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the factory management team and employees.
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks is essential.
  • Assistance with forming documentation for processes and procedures within the factory will also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing orders and labels through Shopify.
  • Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Serving wholesale customers and handling payments.
  • Maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Providing administrative support.

Requirements:
