Job Description: Factory Admin & Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time)

Location: The Jerky Co Factory 2 Uppill Pl, Wangara WA 6065

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a full-time opportunity? The Jerky Co is seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at our head office located in Wangara, Western Australia. As the Factory Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare online orders & labels through Shopify daily.
- Manage office supplies, kitchenette and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Serving & taking payments for walk-in wholesale customers.
- Help maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Provide administrative support to the factory management team and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with forming documentation for processes and procedures within the factory.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedule.
- Experience with using Shopify is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential.
