Lead Structural Projects from Concept to Completion

We are seeking an experienced Project Leader - Structural to drive projects forward from initial concepts through to site inspection services as required for Structural engineering projects including built form, civic and public infrastructure, land development, and more.

  • Determine construction methods, materials, and quality standards
  • Develop specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures
  • Monitor design changes, assess their effects on cost, measure, value, and negotiate variations to designs
  • Apply technical aspects of design utilizing the Australian Standards and relevant codes of practice
  • Provide high-level client service, liaise with internal and external project stakeholders to communicate project updates, develop innovative solutions to challenges
About You

You will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
  • 5 or more years of experience working in a structural consulting environment
  • Ability to lead a project, manage budget, and programs to meet clients' project needs
  • Capability to design civil engineering schemes and designs utilizing the Australian Standards and codes of practice
  • Technical expertise in builtform civil, land development, and/or transport
  • Excellent communication skills, including client liaison and technical writing skills
