Our client has had a highly successful period of growth in recent years. Boasting some the industry's most dynamic and highest performing people working at all ranks from operators through to the leadership team has seen them outperform many of their competitors in recent years. This growth has been tempered by what they can physically deliver to avoid over promising clients and under delivering. Their main focus is a mix of regional and some local civil realted projects that vary in all different aspects of civil earthworks, drainage, concrete and mining infrastructure.
They currently have a full order book with potential new tenders waiting to be awarded and on target to exceed budgets and growth plans. Given this continued trend they are looking to bolster their senior leadership team with the key appointment of a highly experience Project Director who is seeking a career development with an outstanding organisation known for its ability to deliver complex and challenging projects on time and too budget.

The opportunity would appeal to those in a Senior / Project Management OR Senior Construction Manager who are seeking a company they can continue to grow their career and take this next step.
We are seeking a strong operational background, not only able to drive projects to achieve budget and program but as importantly develop and nature the talent within the business while also being able to engage and develop relationships with clients both on site and in Perth to ensure future opportunities are provided.
Your skillset & Experience
Ideally BSc in Engineering / Construction Management or similar
Currently working in or for a Civil Contracting business and not EPCM or Client side
Project delivery experience on a variety of different civil related projects
Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage and negotiate with clients and sub-contractors when required
Full accountability and responsibility for delivering results financially, contractually while having the ability to take the client on the journey with them
Excellent communication skills at all levels from blue collar through to the executive and clients

You will receive an industry leading package in the region of a base salary of $300k - $400k + super based on your previous experience and abilities and potential uplift for any site related work if and when required.
