Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our Thermal Generation project delivery team in Perth CBD. This fixed-term appointment involves overseeing assigned projects, delegating tasks, managing resources, and defining project objectives, scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects accurately and efficiently according to schedule, budget, scope, and margin.
  • Maintain positive relationships with the project delivery team throughout the entire project.
  • Develop and maintain risk management plans for achievement of project objectives.
  • Plan and manage project scope, including preparation of recommendations for any change in project scope.
  • Evaluate and ensure effective cost control, forecasting, budgeting, and project progress reporting.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, engineering, or a construction environment.
  • Working experience with Project Management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft applications knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.
