  • Responding to operational disruptions affecting Training in a timely manner.
  • Participating in regular Flight Standards and Training Meetings.
  • Monitoring and allocating crew training plans.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification ideally in aviation or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in resource planning or rostering roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills particularly in cost-efficient environments.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic and challenging environment.
