We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory rules, enterprise agreements, and fatigue risk management standards.
- Managing disruption events by implementing effective recovery plans, balancing cost, customer outcomes, and compliance.
- Constructing and maintaining crew pairings and rosters to ensure operational requirements are met.
- Actively solving complex operational issues while working under pressure.
- Communicating effectively with crew members, operations control, and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects and identifying opportunities to improve operational practices.
- Adhering to all safety and security regulations in line with corporate guidelines.

Requirements:

- Exposure to crew resource management, rostering, and industrial agreements.
- Strong knowledge of fatigue risk management for aircrew.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under time pressures and conflicting priorities.
- Experience in airline operations and crew management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently while in a fast-paced environment.
