Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cleaners to ensure that facilities are maintained to the highest standards
  • Monitor and comply with company standards and policies on hygiene and sanitation
  • Provide training and induction to new staff members
  • Supervise staff and allocate duties to personnel
  • Manage staff performance and behaviour
  • Ensure relevant records are maintained and controlled
Requirements:
  • Valid Australian Driver's license
  • Skid Steer license
  • Previous 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Agricultural experience and people management skills
  • Strong communication, training, and staff scheduling abilities
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, OH&S regulations, and record-keeping
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding and dirty environment
