About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our Darwin team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Top End Group leading sales agents in delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities">
  • Support the sales team in preparing property appraisals, listings, and promoting open homes">
  • Browse through properties and build authentic relationships with buyers and vendors">
  • Manage buyer enquiries and accurately maintain databases">
  • Provide open home support and coordinate appointments, photo shoots, and inspections">
  • Undertake general administration tasks as required">

About You:

">

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

">
  • ">
  • A current NT Sales Registration Certificate or working towards completion">
  • A current driver's license with a suitable vehicle">
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or customer-focused environment">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office">
  • Flexibility to work Monday – Saturday (no Sunday work required)">
  • An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career">
