We are proud to represent a national brokerage with a strong presence in SME, mid-market, and specialty segments. Our client is a member of the Steadfast Group and is seeking a talented broker to join their team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled insurance broker to take over an existing portfolio of professional lines risks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PI, D&O, ML, and Cyber, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing portfolio of professional lines risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, industry associates, and insurance intermediaries
  • Generate top-of-the-market client experiences through exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Benefit from the support of assistant brokers and claims consultants

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional lines broking experience
  • Senior-level approach to sales and account management
  • Well-connected with the business community and able to drive portfolio growth
  • Tier 1 accreditation essential (Diploma of Insurance Broking/QPIB desirable)
  • Proven track record of successful portfolio management and retention
  • Client-facing experience and ability to present in front of clients and provide recommendations
