Experienced Senior Sales Team Lead Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Sales Team Lead to lead our high-performing sales team in a luxurious furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling high-value items, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a strong desire to drive sales performance.

About the Role:

  • Maximise sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
  • Lead a team to successfully achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Train and coach new staff, developing your team's skills and abilities.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide great aftercare service.
  • Manage team performance and lead by example.
