Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Banker to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in consumer lending and digital literacy.

As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing seamless branch experiences for customers by meeting their end-to-end banking needs
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community
  • Engaging customers to explore best products and services to suit their needs
Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet customer needs through tailored solutions
  2. Communicate effectively with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
  3. Learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  4. Have a high level of Banking Product knowledge, including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits, and Credit Cards
  5. Possess experience in consumer lending and banking finance industry (a plus)
