Job Title: Production Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to oversee all facets of manufacturing, operations, and drive continued growth across NSW.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across NSW with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service
  • Achieve operational and production targets
  • Troubleshoot technical processing challenges
  • Oversee customer service and sales operations
  • Manage procurement and key supplier accounts
  • Analyze and report on weekly results for your operations
  • Manage human resources including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
  • Coordinate daily labor, materials, and equipment

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role managing people and performance
  • Industry knowledge and experience in building and construction
  • Practical and technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting/inventory systems
  • Understanding of workplace safety
  • Valid NSW Driver's License
  • Full working rights in Australia
