**Gardening Labourer Role Overview**

Our team is seeking a skilled Gardening Labourer to join our crew. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the beauty and health of gardens, parks, and other outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planting and Landscaping: Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs to create visually appealing landscapes that showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Pruning and Maintenance: Prune and trim plants to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth, while also keeping our outdoor spaces well-manicured.
  • Care and Support: Water and weed to ensure optimal plant health, and provide ongoing care and support to our gardens and grounds.
  • Lawn Care and Maintenance: Maintain lawns, hedges, and garden beds through regular mowing, edging, and pruning, ensuring they look their best at all times.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, snow removal, and holiday decorating, helping to keep our outdoor spaces looking their best year-round.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Knowledge:** Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred, and a good knowledge of general garden care and maintenance is essential.
  • Teamwork and Communication:** Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Physical Fitness:** Physically fit and able to carry out outdoor work, often in challenging weather conditions.
  • Reliability and Punctuality:** Reliable, punctual, and with a positive attitude, you will be someone who takes pride in your work and strives for excellence.
