Are you an experienced landscaper ready to take the next step in your career? Watson Trade Co is looking for a Leading Landscaper to manage on-site crews, oversee high-quality landscape projects, and deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients.

What You'll Do :

  1. Lead a crew of landscapers on daily jobs
  2. Execute and oversee installations, maintenance, and hardscape work
  3. Interpret landscape designs and ensure proper implementation
  4. Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety
  5. Train and mentor junior crew members
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and supervisors
  7. Responsible for booking materials
  8. Experience in quoting

What We're Looking For :

  1. 3+ years of landscape experience, with leadership responsibilities
  2. Skilled in softscape and hardscape techniques
  3. Able to read blueprints / plans and direct team accordingly
  4. Proficient with landscaping equipment
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills
  6. Valid driver's license
  7. A positive, team-first attitude and reliable work ethic
