Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and lead our offshore accounts receivable operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee offshore AR operations to ensure high-quality and timely receivables processing.
  • Manage relationships with offshore service providers, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Develop and enforce credit policies, oversee credit assessments, and manage portfolio credit risk.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee accurate invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application processes.
  • Deliver timely AR reporting, analysis, and cash flow forecasts to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading offshore teams and managing outsourced providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance credit risk and drive business growth.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and dispute resolution abilities.
  • Minimum five years' experience in credit and collections, with knowledge of Illion reporting.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and supporting business change initiatives.
  • Self-motivated team player, able to work autonomously and build effective relationships across all organisational levels.
About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position within the ANZ AR and Claims Management department, located in Melbourne, Victoria.
