Job Description

As a seasoned Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee and lead our offshore accounts receivable operations with precision and dedication. Your expertise will ensure effective credit management, timely cash collections, and strict adherence to financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead offshore AR operations to guarantee high-quality and timely receivables processing
  • Manage relationships with offshore service providers, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
  • Develop and enforce credit policies, oversee credit assessments, and manage portfolio credit risk
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Oversee accurate invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application processes
  • Deliver timely AR reporting, analysis, and cash flow forecasts to senior leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience leading offshore teams and managing outsourced providers
  • Demonstrated ability to balance credit risk and drive business growth
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and dispute resolution abilities
  • Minimum five years' experience in credit and collections, with knowledge of Illion reporting
  • Track record of driving process improvements and supporting business change initiatives
