Disability Support Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities in the Fingal Bay area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities and their families
  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Drove license and own vehicle
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
