About Disability Support Work

We are seeking a compassionate and caring professional to join our team in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and cognitive impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to participants in their daily activities.
  • Aid participants in participating in their community, including transportation and outdoor activities.
  • Teach basic numeracy and literacy skills to participants.
  • Display compassion, care, and respect towards all participants and staff.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • First aid and CPR certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
  • COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
