As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their goals and aspirations. You will contribute to the development of customer support plans, provide personal care and living skills support, transport assistance, social activities, medication management, and other required support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care that prioritises customer autonomy and well-being
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Nurture professional relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders
  • Pursue innovative ways to enhance the customer journey with guidance from our team

Requirements

  • A recognised Certificate III or IV qualification in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing
