Holiday Care Program Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated OSHC Coordinator to join our teams across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounding areas for our Spring Vacation Care program. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, develop and deliver daily quality activities for children, and ensure a safe and happy environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services, early childhood, school-aged care, or equivalent, and hold current Employee Working with Children's Checks. First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training, and Child Protection Training Certificate are also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
- Develop, plan, and deliver daily quality activities for children
- Strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting
