Holiday Care Experience Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable holiday care experience for children. This enthusiastic and dedicated individual will join our teams across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounding areas to lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
Responsibilities include developing, planning, and delivering daily quality activities that are safe, fun, stimulating, and carry educational value. Key focus areas:
- Child safety and supervision
- Mandatory reporting
- Preparing and serving healthy food options
- Creating an engaging environment for children
- Building meaningful relationships with colleagues, families, school leaders, and the community
