Job Overview

The Information Systems Manager role is a strategic position within the organisation, responsible for leading the development and maintenance of the information systems environment. The primary focus will be on Salesforce, with the aim of supporting organisational growth and empowering staff.

About You
  • Act as key architect for the organisation's Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead continuous improvement and management of information systems to support business processes and member service delivery
  • Critically assess requests for system changes, ensuring they align with business goals and maintain system integrity
  • Support staff to effectively use Salesforce through training, documentation, and systems education
  • Ensure data quality, security, and integrity within Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Manage and deliver information systems projects within agreed timelines
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures
  • Contribute to strategic planning and reporting on system utilisation and improvements
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience in management in a professional capacity
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, administration, and integrations is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to critically assess business needs and translate them into system solutions that add value
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in training and empowering staff to use systems effectively
  • High-level oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Conscientious, diligent, and reliable, with a commitment to upholding the organisation's values
  • Ability to work independently with initiative while contributing to a collaborative team culture
