Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an expert to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in primary healthcare networks and general practices.

They will work closely with consumer representatives, researchers, and health economists to study and implement evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include maintaining a current understanding of the evidence base, coordinating the development of resource materials, piloting and refining interventions, rolling out interventions as part of a demonstration program, and evaluating implementation fidelity and program outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline, demonstrated understanding of the Australian healthcare system, experience in multi-stakeholder teamwork, and capacity to work with various stakeholders including consumers, clinicians, managers, and policymakers.

Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian healthcare system
  • Experience in data collection and analysis
  • Publishing history in reputable journals
  • Conference presentation skills
  • Able to work in interdisciplinary research environments
  • Ability to travel for site visits
