Job Overview

We are seeking a confident food and beverage professional to join our team as a key member of the food and beverage service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations, and promoting a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service during restaurant service periods, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
  • Showcase passion for food and beverage to guests throughout the complete service experience, highlighting the hotel's offerings and services.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction, building rapport and trust with guests.
  • Support the food and beverage team in general operational tasks, working collaboratively to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Current RSA certification is essential.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Working rights in Australia are required.
  • Enthusiasm to escalate career ambitions.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
