Job Overview

The Voyage Food and Beverage Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the hotel's food and beverage operations meet the highest standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences through top-notch service, quality cuisine, and attentive amenities.

As a key member of our management team, you will be expected to lead by example, setting high expectations for yourself and your team, while fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including personnel management, inventory control, and financial planning;
  • Developing innovative menu concepts, promotions, and specials to drive sales and revenue growth;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures;
