- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Take food and beverage orders, run food and drinks, and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Utilize strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and adhere to health, safety, and security procedures at all times

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential
- Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
- A valid RSA license
- Exceptional organization and communicative skills
- Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
