Job Description
We are seeking a Regulatory Risk Expert Advisor to join our team in either Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our regulatory risk team, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement risk frameworks, assess risk programs, design controls, and implement regulatory engagement strategies. Your expertise will be essential in advising clients on regulatory change and compliance programs.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and/or regulatory services, preferably in a consulting environment. You will be comfortable with common risk management tools, frameworks, and standards. Your self-starter attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.
Key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality work to clients and stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. You will also be responsible for autonomously finding solutions to complex problems, writing business documents, and providing top-notch service to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, subsidized gym membership, discounted health insurance, and 26 weeks parental leave.
