The Role

">

Therole is intended to support your career development and growth in the media industry. Within this role, you will be empowered to further your skills and knowledge through strategic planning and collaboration across various verticals.

The scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue your exposure to all media channels both online and offline, with a focus on elevating your channel planning skills to drive cross-channel integration and strategic growth, and how media can help solve for business challenges.

Your immediate responsibilities will include the ownership of our day-to-day relationship with our clients, a lead role in our media planning work, and the day-to-day management and development of the Client Executive and Associate roles in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs">
  • Works collaboratively across networks as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and partners">
  • Project manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget">
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working">
  • Effectively leads and motivates internal teams to produce best-in-class work">
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients">

About You:

  • ">
  • Strong working experience with Spectra and working skillset + understanding with agency financial management">
  • Multi-channel experience with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset">
  • SMD/Spectra. TV Buying, Move, eTAM, eRAM">
  • Ability to 'multi-hat' across various areas of the Client servicing and team leadership">
  • Demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management with Planning & Buying">
  • A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external">
