About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Fresh Manager to join our Fresh Team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a consistently good offer on our Fresh range, ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Fresh Team Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Fresh Team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction in the Fresh department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising and display standards in the Fresh department.
