We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a Business Traineeship position.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent school leaver or someone with a keen interest in office administration to learn and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and inquiries
  • Data entry and management
  • Supporting administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, and archiving
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to enhance productivity
  • Ordering stationery and other essential supplies
Benefits:

This 12-month Traineeship offers the prospect of a permanent position upon successful completion.

The role requires full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Requirements:
  • Recent school leaver or relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
