Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to join our organization. This role involves developing and implementing business growth strategies, building relationships with clients, and driving sales initiatives.
About the Role- Liaise with partners, practice group members, and client teams on business development initiatives at both tactical and strategic levels;
- Research, analyse and interpret data from various sources to develop client strategy and identify potential markets and new leads;
- Project manage pursuits, including proposals, RFQs, RFTs, capability statements, budgets and reports;
- Work with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy of new business and pipeline information;
- Social media campaign management to generate leads and identify potential new clients;
- Organise and implement client relationship and profile building activities;
- Collaborate with marketing to plan and develop initiatives, manage activities and achieve desired outcomes.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, preferably in a professional services setting;
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks;
- The initiative to grow and develop the role, as well as your own skills and knowledge;
- Curiosity about how businesses are managed and generate sustainable, profitable growth.
