Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in generating high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that meet specific criteria.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a database of contacts within assigned territories.
  • Source and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine if WEKA's solutions align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM.
  • Meet/exceed daily KPIs for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. We offer a hybrid schedule with remote work options and flexibility to accommodate diverse work styles.
