HVAC Aftersales Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC aftersales technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial air conditioning service group, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to local installers, service technicians, and internal teams.

This is a technical support role based primarily in our office, supporting aftersales activities across our MBT (Commercial HVAC) product line. While occasional site visits may be required for training or complex issue resolution, the core responsibility is to provide remote technical guidance and support to service partners, installers, and internal teams.

Your main objective will be to provide exceptional technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure our customers receive the best possible service experience.

About the Job

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including installers, service technicians, and internal teams, to resolve technical issues and provide training on our commercial air conditioning products.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to technical enquiries from installers, service partners, and internal aftersales teams via phone, email, or on-site visits
  • Diagnosing and resolving product issues occurring in the field; documenting and reporting cases
  • Assisting with escalating complex issues to the Aftersales Manager or factory engineering team when needed
  • Delivering technical training to installers and service technicians on product installation, usage, and fault diagnosis
  • Maintaining accurate records of technical support cases and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A background in the HVAC industry, with knowledge of VRF/VRV systems and commercial AC installation
