Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Melbourne, VIC. The Service Technician's day-to-day tasks include performing maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with all services provided. The technician will also need to adhere to EPA regulations and maintain detailed service records.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in performing Maintenance & Repair and conducting Preventive Maintenance activities
  • Knowledge of and compliance with EPA regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC or related fields
