Job Summary

We seek a Supply Chain Operations Manager to deliver high-quality supply chain solutions in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

This role will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, and import/export activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and Defence representatives to drive collaboration and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Defence regulations and quality management systems.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative engineering and manufacturing projects.
About You:
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management within defence, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
  • A passion for problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, collaborative, and positive approach to your work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., EPICOR) for procurement and supply management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standards and Defence industry procurement frameworks.
  • Previous experience in defence, construction, or manufacturing industries highly regarded.
  • ITAR export controls experience beneficial but not essential.
