Salary
The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Specialist to join our team. As part of this vibrant team, you'll work in a collaborative environment where growth and professional development are encouraged.
- You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, engaging in consultative, relationship-focused calls, submitting applications to the credit team, and managing successful applications through to settlement.
- You will work closely with credit and other internal stakeholders to create a seamless application experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers who have enquired about our financial services products.
- Engaging in consultative, relationship-focused calls that centre on understanding customers' unique needs and financial situations.
- Submitting applications to the credit team, ensuring accuracy and completeness from the outset.
- Managing successful applications through to settlement.
About You
To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in an outbound, phone-based sales focused role. You should also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a customer-centric mindset.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an outbound, phone-based sales focused role.
- Experience working with financial services, asset finance products is highly advantageous.
