We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our team and drive success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include:

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize site performance.
  • Leading a team of production staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve goals.
  • Collaborating with senior management to set targets and drive results.
  • Monitoring and improving safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
