Key Responsibilities:

  • Input vital office, tenant, and owner information into our database
  • Update existing information to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with building audits and manage stock reports
  • Support the team with submissions and presentations
  • Produce regular reports for senior directors and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and take direction
  • Fast and high-quality work
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Good attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
  • Ability to provide insights into data analysis
