This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Visa Advisor to join our team of professionals. As a key member, you will provide expert guidance to clients regarding various visa options and the migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth advice to clients on visa options, eligibility criteria, and the migration process.
  • Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients through the appropriate channels, adhering to relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their applications and address any concerns or queries.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, staying updated on changes and developments in migration policies.
  • Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their interests and rights as needed.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, application details, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license.
  • Have 0-1 years of experience working as a visa advisor, with a proven track record of successful visa lodgments.
  • Have a thorough understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and migration processes.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Be able to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Be committed to ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in handling client matters.
  • Be flexible to adapt to changes in immigration policies, procedures, and client needs.
