Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide flexible and individualised support to clients and facilitate client involvement in daily activities and skill development.

The successful candidate will aim to support our clients to become valued members of society.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individually tailored support to maximise dignity, personal growth, and independence.
  • Support clients in their social and recreational life as a member of the community.
  • Respect and support client relationships.
  • Support clients to realise their goals and interests in their personal life, their community, their work, and their leisure activities.
  • Support individual health and hygiene needs of clients.
  • Support clients' abilities in their daily activities.
  • Administer medication in accordance with our medication policy and procedures.
  • Use a company vehicle, drive clients as required competently and carefully.
  • Maintain services to a safe and hygienic standard.
  • Make suggestions to improve services to clients and implement new programs.

  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Drivers Licence
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
