Job Opportunity: Regional Manager Assistant

About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing support to the Facilities Manager while they are on leave. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering QSP cleaning and maintenance services efficiently, including Grounds Maintenance Services and any subcontracted services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to ensure a seamless interface between Plenary Schools and State Core Services.
  • Motivate and manage a team of Facility Supervisors at public school-based sites, promoting quality and efficiency in facility maintenance works.
  • Daily review of data, reporting site activity.
  • Manage client relationships and customer service, driving team performance and exceeding client expectations.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to HSEQ systems, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in team and client management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • A culture-centric attitude focused on safety.
  • Willingsness to travel throughout Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
  • Ability to step into Facility Manager roles as cover when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Facility & Asset Management experience (desirable).
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid and current driving licence.
