**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions, including data modeling, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other team members to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical designs aligned with business objectives.
  • Perform hands-on development and customization of IBM MDM Advanced Edition components, including configuration of data models, creation of business rules, and development of workflows.
  • Oversee data integration efforts, including data cleansing, data migration, and data synchronization between MDM and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define hardware and software requirements, deploy MDM environments, and optimize system performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to MDM and customer master data management and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of MDM solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IBM MDM Advanced Edition, providing technical guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable assets, tools, and accelerators to streamline the implementation and maintenance of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience with a focus on MDM and data management.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2 EE, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
  • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data governance principles, and data quality management.
  • Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., IBM Data Stage, Informatica).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • IBM MDM Advanced Edition certification(s) preferred.
  • All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
