Key Roles of a Registered Psychologist

The ORS Group offers a leading position for an experienced and skilled Registered Psychologist.

  • Provide evidence-based psychological practice, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Administer a range of psychological assessments, including mental health, Intelligence Quotient (IQ), psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) assessments
  • Work in various environments, including clinics, family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools and community settings
Required Expertise
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Provisional Psychologists accepted
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
