Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our email and collaboration infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Exchange Administration
    • Expert-level experience in Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 Server and integrated technologies
    • Strong hands-on experience in complex Microsoft Exchange enterprise environments
    • Expert-level experience in configuring and administering high availability environments for Exchange services in hybrid mode
    • Environmental changes - consolidation, platform upgrades, and divestitures of Exchange, Office 365/Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Administration
    • Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager, Client Executive, and/or direct client manager to strengthen our position as a strategic partner
    • Develop and maintain documentation on systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint platforms
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
