**Responsibilities**:
As a skilled Food & Beverage Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the F&B team, supporting and developing TEEG’s Food & Beverage portfolio, ensuring immaculate safety and compliance, and implementing data driven strategies

**In addition, you will be responsible for**:

- Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes across Australia and New Zealand.
- Assisting in the setup of new Timezone, Zone Bowling and Kingpin venues including design, RFP of kitchen equipment and SOE, new accounts, kitchen set up and team training.
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients for innovative product formulations, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial partners.
- Organising product samples for sensory, production or customers.
- Conducting sensory evaluations and product testing to guarantee the highest standards of taste, quality, and consistency.
- Providing support for venues, including support for supply chain challenges, training, and establishing systems & processes to maximise productivity.
- Analysing guest feedback and market performance data to refine and optimise existing products, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Creating compelling product messaging and packaging designs in collaboration with other departments that resonate with target audiences.
- Analysing historical and current sales transactions data, market trends, and customer behaviour to forecast demand and create accurate sales and inventory plans.
- Build REMARKABLE food and beverage offerings including café items, group and corporate function menus, children party food and experiences, bar and drink menus across all our brands

Skills and Experience
We are seeking a skilled F&B Product Manager to join our North Sydney team, reporting into the National F&B Manager and taking ownership of new projects and day-to-day activities of the business.
- A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience as a proficient Executive Chef or F&B Product Manager within an hospitality business with multiple locations.
- Tertiary qualifications in in Business, Hospitality, Commerce, (Chef qualifications) or relevant discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of a profitable food and beverage operation within a competitive guest service environment.
- Proven experience working with relevant authorities in matters pertaining to food safety and liquor licensing compliance and maintaining training compliance in these areas across the business.
- The ability to provide constructive and open feedback to Regional Managers and Centre Managers, following site visits.
- Creative thinking and the ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional written and oral communication.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with commercial partners & internal teams.
