Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for guests through effective management of customer requests, support of operations, and activation of beverage and food programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet and surrounding areas to maintain a high standard of service.
  • Team Leadership: Perform team leader duties and provide assistance to the team as required.
  • Guest Service: Attend to guest requests and beverage and food orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintenance Concerns: Report any maintenance concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the outlet is fully stocked with guest amenities.
  • Collaboration: Assist the wider B&F team as required to achieve common goals.
