Forklift Operator Job

At a leading packaging and warehouse facility, we seek a skilled forklift operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring all products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
  • Transporting pallets of packaged products to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
  • Stacking and organising pallets in designated storage areas, following inventory management procedures.
  • Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Picking and packing individual cases or bottles using an RF scanner.
  • Escalating any issues with machine/conveyor to the line leader.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator.
  • Valid forklift license.
  • Understanding of safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate machinery in a safe and controlled manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong attention to detail.

About This Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized forklift operator to assist in the efficient movement of goods around the facility. The successful candidate will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

What You Will Do:
